Shipping Policy

We ship all our products the most economical way. We currently do not offer international shipping but plan to have this option available in the future.

We make all our products to order.  Shipping times may very but orders will be shipped between 5 to 10 business days of order date.  You’ll receive an email to confirm your order has shipped.  If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

Return Policy

We strongly believe in our products and want every customer to be satisfied. We take our food safety precautions very seriously, therefore due to our product being a food item, Pappy's Fine Foods will not accept returns.

1. If you need your order canceled before it has been shipped out give us a call or email us and we will be more than happy to cancel your order.

2. In all cases, cancelations will be made ONLY to the credit card / Paypal used for the original purchase. It may take up to two (2) billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.

3. Pappy's Fine Foods is not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise.
